On a snowy day in London, myself and a bunch of #TBPTalent heading up to Dorset for an overnight stay before we all headed home for Christmas.
I’ve never been to Dorset before, but I know a few bloggers from there and was excited to see it for myself. I actually find discovering new places in the UK so liberating, as I love the fact after these treasures have been unburied, I can just jump in a car or on a train and head back!
The Blogger Programme organised the most extraordinary house for us to stay in, through a homestay company called Kate & Tom’s. The house, based in East Lulworth, was called The Lindens – An 18th-century manor house renovated into a revelation, complete with open fires, wooden floors and coastal art reflective of the area.

On arrival, we caught up over mulled wine and festive Lola’s cupcakes before discovering our rooms, of which mine was vast! The bathroom was life goals complete with a double-shower, double-sink and bath. Our rooms were also adorned with gifts from brands including, Oway Haircare, The Happiness Planner, Milk & Cookys and Timex.

We headed downstairs to exchange secret Santa’s, before watching a Christmas movie and nestling down for the night in our cosy new home.
The next morning, we tucked into breakfast including fresh pastries, which I put in the Aga and crisped up a treat! Heading off for a coastal walk at a local attraction, Lulworth Cove. The cove is one of the world’s finest examples of such a landform and I literally felt like I’d be transported to Greece, with its blue waters and white pebble beach. It’s surrounded by cosy pubs, beach cafes and quaint art and traditional sweet shops, where we sampled the local fudge.
We spent the afternoon at the stunning Lulworth Estate, which you might have heard of as it’s the home of Bestival. The grounds feature a 17th-century castle, beautifully restored by The English Heritage and Being December, Lulworth Castle had a nice festive feel to it, which was the perfect backdrop for our afternoon teas. Apparently, the Dorset way is cream first than jam, but I’ll let you guys decide that on my Instagram poll!

Thank you to The Blogger Programme Management and all the brands involved.
