#LOCKYOURLOOK Influencer Campaign


A few months back, an email appeared in my inbox asking me If I’d like to be part of a national beauty campaign for Browcote. I head to read the email a couple of times, as it was such an exciting opportunity!

Browcote is a product I’d been using a few months before getting approached, to lock my eyebrows in to maintain shape, so I was fully aware of the brand.

As the brief and call sheets rolled in and I learnt who the other ambassadors were, my excitement grew and when shoot day arrived, I was thrilled to not only meet the brand marketing team, but the other ambassadors, made up of a range of influencers and everyday people, including; Georgina Grogan (She Might Be Loved), Lucy Mountain (The Fashion Fitness Foodie), Just Skai, Jade Laurice and James W3lsh.


After hair, make-up and locking our looks with Browcote and Lipcote, it was time to film a short piece to camera to be used across Browcote’s social media, the group shot featuring all the ambassadors and solo shots. The shoot was photographed by celebrity photographer, Simon Webb, who was an absolute dream to shoot with. I’ve only ever shot with bloggers so it was my first time shooting with a photographer in a studio. Simon made me feel comfortable, showed me how to pose and got some killer shots!

Since announcing the campaign the hero group shot has been featured in Marie Claire, Woman & Home and Now magazine.
