To celebrate the exciting launch of Peroni Nastro Azzurro’s latest offering, Peroni Ambra, the Italian-beer brand has opened a summer-long alfresco terrace at the iconic destination, Somerset House riverside, aptly named the Somerset House Terrace presented by Peroni Ambra.

Open until late September, the Somerset House Terrace presented by Peroni Ambra is the ideal location for a summer aperitivo accompanied by fresh wood-oven baked pizza or antipasti, especially with the almost-riviera weather we’ve recently been having.

Adorned with Italian flourishes, cosy seated areas, copper trees, amber lighting, chinotto bushes and of course a Peroni Ambra bar, the terrace is a real taste of Italian summer in central London. But, the star of the show is Peroni Ambra – a new aperitivo offering from Peroni Nastro Azzurro, combining crisp refreshing Peroni with the sharpness of Italian chinotto.

Peroni Ambra’s unique taste comes from its key ingredient the rare Italian citrus fruit, chinotto, grown and harvested in the region of Liguria, North West Italy.

Currently available at the Somerset House Terrace presented by Peroni Ambra, for me, it is the perfect blend of a flavoured and balanced beer, which in Italian terms is called an ‘aperitivo’ – a unique balance of flavours designed to open the palate served over ice with an orange twist garnish.

If you fancy heading down to the Somerset House Terrace to enjoy a truly authentic northern Italian experience and Peroni Ambra, it’s open daily, Mon-Sat 12.00-00.00, Sun 12.00-18.00. Find out more details here: https://thehouseofperoni.com/en-gb/
